About the Role
To instruct in classroom and clinical assignments within the Emergency Medical Service Program. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, student advising, maintaining appropriate office hours, participating in college activities, participating in professional development and overall support of college programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Applicant must have an Associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Paramedic Certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services and at least three years of clinical experience in emergency medicine is required.
Teaching experience is preferred.
Applicant should have an understanding of the community college mission, be computer literate, and have good communication skills as well as sound knowledge of the principles and theory of teaching.
